Q: Does the Chocolate Fountain use real chocolate?

A: Yes, we use a High Quality Coverture Chocolate


Q: How much chocolate do you provide?

A: Our pricing includes for the Large Chocolate Fountain 25 lbs. of chocolate, the Medium Chocolate Fountain includes 20 lbs. of chocolate and the Small Chocolate Fountain comes with 10 lbs. of chocolate. We offer additional chocolate in 10 lb. increments for $7.50/lb.


Q: How many guests will the Chocolate Fountain serve?

A: The Large Chocolate Fountain is normally adequate for at least 200 guests, the Medium Chocolate Fountain serves 150 guests and the Small Chocolate Fountain serves 75 guests. Additional chocolate can be added to the fountain to serve an infinite amount of guests.


Q: Do I have to set-up, tear down or clean the Chocolate Fountain?

A: No, we do all the work for you. We will arrive at your special event at least 30 minutes prior to the designated starting time. The fountain will then be carefully set up and the chocolate will be melted and flowing so your guests will experience the sweet aroma of chocolate when they begin to arrive. When the event has concluded we will clean and dismantle the fountain. All you have to do is enjoy your party! We will also provide a staff member to attend the fountain throughout the event for an additional fee of $75.00 for the three hours.


Q: How long can I have the Chocolate Fountain at my event?

A: Our packages include the use of the Chocolate Fountain for 3 hours. This does not cover the time used to set-up and breakdown the unit. If needed, additional hours of service can be purchased for $50.00/half hour.


Q: What are the Table & Electrical requirements?

A: Since the Small Chocolate Fountain weighs approximately 100 lbs. when operating, a level sturdy table is a necessity. If the table is not level, the chocolate will not flow properly. Your banquet facility should provide table linens that coordinate with your decor. The Chocolate Fountain requires a 120v grounded electrical outlet within 30 ft. of the fountain set-up location.


Q: What accoutrements can be used with the Chocolate Fountain?

A: We offer fresh Strawberries by the bowl, Butter Cookies on a tiered tray or a Fruit Tree with various types of fruits. There are many other items that can be used with the fountain, but must be provided by the client. Please keep in mind that any crumbly-type food may fall into the fountain and cause the chocolate to get lumpy and not flow properly.


Q: Who provides the accoutrements?

A: Many hotels and banquet facilities do not allow outside vendors to provide food items - that is either included with your contract or as an additional item for you to purchase separately through the banquet facility. We offer accoutrements as a additional item to compliment your fountain rental package.


Q: Do you provide decorations for around the Chocolate Fountain?

A: We provide a decorative mirrored or wood skirting to cover the base of the fountain.


Q: What areas do you service?

A: We provide the Pensacola, FL; Mobile, AL; Biloxi, MS metropolitan areas with rental services.


Q: Do you require reservations & a deposit?

A: Yes, we require that reservations be made at least 3 weeks in advance. A signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit at the time of booking is required to schedule your event. Reservations are limited and are on a first come - first served basis. The balance of your payment is due at least 10 days prior to the scheduled date of your event.
